Our first meeting together is complimentary, no fee is charged nor are you obliged to proceed with your claim. At the initial consultation, we will provide you with our Client Agreement which sets out our fees in detail and the basis upon which we will charge throughout the course of your action. It will also set out the extent to which our fees are recoverable in addition to any award for damages. We will ask you to take the Client Agreement home with you to consider it before signing and to seek independent legal advice should you choose to do so. We accept instructions on a 'No-Win No-Fee' basis and we will explain that in detail at the initial consultation.
