A complimentary and free of charge initial meeting with you, and your spouse if you wish. At this meeting we will work together to ascertain whether it is worth your while pursuing a claim. You will also be presented with our terms of engagement information to take home with you to read before committing to engage our services.
After you have agreed to our terms of engagement we will start the investigations to establish liability (fault) and quantum (how much your claim is worth). This is a very important step which will determine the amount of compensation you may be entitled too, both Kate and Renée are very experienced in this process.
Once the investigative and quantum findings are complete, negotiations are undertaken with other parties. This will involve attendance at a compulsory settlement conference, not to worry here as Kate and Renee are vastly experienced in these type of meetings.
After the parties are in agreement as to the amount of compensation to be paid, settlement funds will transferred to the Kare Lawyers trust holding account. Once the trust account receives the funds we then finalise the claim for compliance and transfer of the settlement balance after fees are directed to your nominated bank account.
