How much will I recover?

The amount of compensation you receive will depend on three things:-
• The extent of your injuries;
• The impact of those injuries on your life and, in particular, your capacity to work;
• The risk of proceeding to trial.

We will not be able to advise you of a figure until we have received medical assessment of your injuries and we have completed liability (fault) investigations.

We will usually be able to advise you at the initial consultation whether your likely compensation is enough to justify further investigations.
