Melina Chalmers
Who Am I?
Melina graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from Griffith University, having completed her studies in Melbourne and Brisbane.
Her practice is focused on the management of procedural requirements in personal injury matters. She has experience assisting individuals with the statutory steps involved in motor vehicle accidents, public liability, medical negligence, and workers’ compensation claims.
Melina provides guidance to help clients understand the operation of Queensland’s personal injury laws and the statutory pre-court procedures. Having previously volunteered in community legal centres in Melbourne and Brisbane, she maintains a commitment to the principles of access to justice.
Outside of her legal practice, Melina enjoys swimming, gardening, and cooking.
