Jonathan McDonald
Who Am I?
Jonathan McDonald is a Senior Lawyer with over 20 years of experience in the legal profession. His background includes experience within a statutory workplace insurer, where he managed common law claims, as well as roles within private practice assisting individuals with workplace injury, public liability, and motor vehicle accident claims.
Jonathan provides legal advice and representation regarding the procedural requirements of the Personal Injuries Proceedings Act 2002 (Qld) and the Workers’ Compensation and Rehabilitation Act 2003 (Qld). He manages the day-to-day communication and progress of matters on behalf of clients.
Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Laws and is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Queensland.
